By using our services, the client agrees to abide by the following terms.

We tried as much as we could to make them comprehensible.  These points are far from full and complete but give you the most important messages in a language most of us understand. 1. Our Agreement
   • When you approve a proposal from us, you accept our Terms & Conditions.
   • Any changes must be agreed in writing by both sides.
2. What You Can Expect From Us
   • We’ll deliver your project or service with reasonable care, skill, and within the agreed scope.
   • We’ll let you know if something needs to change to meet legal, safety, or technical requirements.
3. What We Expect From You
   • You provide timely access to content, accounts, info, and feedback.
   • You confirm you have the rights to any images, text, or files you send to us.
   • You take responsibility for accuracy and lawfulness of everything you submit.
   • You must pay invoices on time to avoid project suspension or termination.
4. Fees and Payments
   • Projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless stated otherwise.
   • Invoices must be paid within 14 business days.
   • Late payments may incur interest.
5. Intellectual Property
   • Any materials you provide are yours — anything we create remains ours unless otherwise agreed.
   • You get a license to use what we make for you, limited to the purpose and scope discussed.
   • You allow us to show your project as part of our portfolio unless you say otherwise.
6. Disputes Within Your Business
   • If there’s a disagreement between stakeholders in your business, we may pause work.
   • We will only take action from authorized contacts until you provide written clarification.
7. Account Access
   • Email, website, and hosting accounts are treated as business, not personal property.
   • We will only share login credentials with authorized persons confirmed in writing.
8. Suspension of Services
   • We may pause work if:
     • Payments are overdue
     • Unauthorized or illegal activity is suspected
     • A stakeholder dispute affects instructions
     • You’re materially delaying action needed from your side
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
   • We’ll treat your information confidentially and manage data according to Indian law.
   • You’re responsible for ensuring any personal data you ask us to handle is legally compliant.
10. Liability
    • We’re not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control (e.g., tech outages, hacking, hosting issues, third-party software).
    • Total liability (if any) is capped at the value of the fees paid by you.
11. Termination
    • Either party may end the contract if a serious breach isn’t corrected within 30 days.
    • If terminated, access and materials must be returned or revoked fairly and promptly.
12. Governing Law
    • This agreement is governed by Indian law and any disputes will be handled in courts in Goa, India.
    • We provide services and these T&C’s are drawn up for the services provided by More Impact LLP a company registered by the Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs as a Limited Liability Partnership with LLP Identification Number: ABB-9201, whose registered office is at #319 Patnem-Palolem Road, next to the chapel in Patnem, Canacona, Goa, trading as More Impact LLP.
